In order to set an Alarm Subscription, the user will have to: 

1. Select the App Launcher icon on the top left

2. Select Host App under Advanced Apps

3. Select the Users option, this will display all the active and inactive user list

4. Select what user will like to receive alarm emails by clicking on the Edit User button

Note

Make sure the user has a valid email under the Essentials section of the user Edit window.

5. Navigate to Custom Properties, select the dropdown arrow for either Topics Email Digest or Topics Email Immediate as needed

Topics Email Digest: Applied to user records to indicate which topics the user is subscribed to for daily digest email delivery
Note: Make sure to configure the Daily Digest Time so that the email can be sent on the specified time, otherwise nothing will be sent until this is configured.

Topics Email Immediate: Applied to user records to indicate which topics the user is subscribed to for immediate email delivery

6. A display called Topics will open, select which topics is going to be subscribed for a daily digest/immediate email delivery
