Create New - User Guide

If the user wants to create a new weather data set for a location, they would just select the Create New option.

Once selected, a pop up will appear that will allow the user to search for a new location to add. Once the user types in a location and hits Enter, the Places drop down will change accordingly for the user to select a specific location.
