In cases where the user cannot locate the notification icon in the tray after restart/reboot, follow the below steps to restore it:

  1. Go to your Start menu and search for "Desigo Optic"
  • As you type, "Desigo Optic Framework Service Manager" (or "Desigo Optic Stack Service Manager") should appear in the available options
  1. Right click this option and select "Run As Administrator"
  • After relaunching the icon will appear in the notification tray
