Projects

View projects and related information, create backups and new projects, and launch projects. Super user (su) roles can access all functions. Admin and Operator user roles can only launch projects.

Licenses

 

 

View licenses and related information, install, update, and delete licenses, and view license use.

View users and related information and enable/disable, edit, and create/delete user accounts.

Pods

 

 

View all available pods.

Crypto

 

 

View all trusted certificates and related information, trust new certificates, and rename or delete certificates.

View the active sessions and log out users, if necessary.

Alerts

 

View current alerts and silence them if needed. Super user (su) roles have read and write access. Admin user roles have read access.

Diagnostics

 

 

View the following information:

  • System information about the computer on which Desigo Optic is running.
  • The number of projects on the current Desigo Optic instance.
  • Java information installed.
  • CPU load.
  • Physical memory.
  • Java heap.
  • Garbage collection.
  • Disk space.
  • Threads.

Host

 

 

View Host information.

Log

 

 

View system activity logs.

Pods

 

 

View the installed pods and name of the organization that created each pod.

Threads

 

 

View CPU runtimes, stack traces and such.

Email

 

 

Configure an SMTP server to send emails through Desigo Optic.

HTTP

 

 

Change the HTTP port properties and enable secure HTTP (HTTPS) communication. Using HTTPS prevents communication wiretapping and modification and reassures users that they are connected to the genuine Desigo Optic.

Host

 

 

Manage display name, time zone, logoff settings, and snapshot passwords.
NOTE: The default setting for Auto Logoff is disabled. It is highly recommended that you enable Auto Logoff and edit the timeout to your preferred time limit.

Log

 

 

Set the maximum number of log records to buffer in RAM and the number of days to maintain log files.

User

 

 

Manage settings for user accounts.
