Increase Memory Heap while running as a service - Start-up

The default heap size for the Desigo_Optic5 service is 512 MB. There are cases where the user may need to increase the memory heap to either avoid project timeouts, performance issues, etc from occurring with larger projects. This plays into project sizing like mentioned in the System Requirements. To do this, the user would follow the below steps on a Windows machine
