Pre-mounting:

  • Check that the bleed valve is open: the piston is retracted into its housing.
  • Check that the threads are clean and in good condition.
  • Do not use a faulty bleed valve.
  • Apply torques as specified.

 

To mount the bleed valve:

  • Screw the BLEED-360 bleed valve onto the L6 fitting on the pneumatic actuator by hand.
  • Tighten using a 14 mm wrench:
    Tightening torque: 8 Nm
