Testing a solenoid actuator

  1. Remove the elbow connector and M12 8-pole connector from the solenoid actuator.
  2. Depending on the test, plug the relevant connector to the test device.
  3. Perform the requested test.
  4. After completing the test, plug the elbow connector and the M12 8-pole connector back on the actuator.
WARNING
Risk of box overheating

To prevent the tool from overheating, the maximum on-time for simulating the actuation of the actuator should be less than one minute.

Testing the pressure switch

  1. Remove the elbow connector from the pressure switch.
  2. Plug the connector to the test device.
  3. Perform the requested test.
  4. After completing the test, plug the elbow connector back onto the pressure switch.
