Verify fuses and protective cover:
The PSFA comes pre-installed with two 5A fuses (use only UL/ULC recognized 5A, 3AG or 3AB, little fuse 312005, 314005 or 332005) in Fuse holders F1 and F2. Make sure that the fuses are properly secured in its respective fuse holder as they might have dislodged during shipping.
Make sure that the press-fit 3-position protective cover in TB1 is put back properly for safety reasons.
WARNINGThe green earth ground wire from the AC Mains MUST be connected to the “EARTH” ground lug located in the enclosure directly below where the PSFA is mounted.
