If a new operating system or distribution update for an online device is available for selected company, the message is displayed in top of Devices screen. The message does not display if an update is available for offline devices.
Updates available: Update to a new distribution version for the target operating system. Warning message is present if the latest version is not supported for currently installed distribution.
You can ignore the warning and force the update, even though the compatibility criteria are not met. In that case, configuration, applications, or other device data might be lost or become unstable.
The device goes offline during the firmware update. This may take several minutes.
Distributions and Edge applications are not managed via Devices. Contact customer support for additional information.
