Mounting

The 'Call station extension (RS485, 8)' PTO2006-A1 is a keyboard extension for the 'Desk call station (RS485, 8+1)' PT2009-A1.

The buttons can be labeled with insertable labels. The label can be accessed by opening the label lid.

All buttons are freely accessible and can't be locked.

Installation

The PTO2006-A1 is connected to a PT2009-A1 via the extension connection.

Extension connectors - 'X1' and 'X5'

The PTO2006-A1 provides 2 extension connectors 'X1' and 'X5'.

One of the extension connectors is connected to the PT2009-A1; the other one is connected to the next PTO2006-A1.

  • 0 = OFF; 1 = ON
  • X = undefined; can be OFF or ON
  • The extension components are defined with the switches 6 and 7.
  • The valid address range is from 1 to 3.
  • It is not allowed to set the switches 6 and 7 to 0.
  • The switches 1 to 5 don't matter.
