Transmit a manual announcement

  • Talk button configured as switch
  1. Select a zone or several zones by pressing the relevant labeled buttons.
  • Selected zone buttons light up.
  1. Press the talk button for the manual announcement.
  • The microphone is activated.
  1. Talk into the microphone at a normal sound level.
  • Active announcements and background music are deactivated in the selected zones.
  • A manual announcement is made in the selected zones.
  1. Press the talk button to stop the manual announcement.
  • The microphone is deactivated.
  1. Press the selected zone buttons again.
  • The button lighting turns off.

  1. Press and hold the talk button for the manual announcement.
  • The microphone is activated.
  1. Talk into the microphone at a normal sound level.
  • Active announcements and background music are deactivated in the selected zones.
  • A manual announcement is made in the selected zones.
  1. Release the talk button to stop the manual announcement.
  • The microphone is deactivated.
  1. Press the selected zone buttons again.
  • The button lighting turns off.

Play a recorded announcement

  1. Select a zone or several zones by pressing the relevant labeled buttons.
  • Selected zone buttons light up.
  1. Press a button labeled with the required announcement.
  • Active announcements are deactivated in the selected zones.
  • The announcement is continually repeated.
  1. Press the button with the required announcement again to end the announcement.
  1. Press the selected zone buttons again.
  • The button lighting turns off.
