Topics Tree Window (Grid View) - User Guide

The grid view provides an alternate method of interacting with topics data.

To display the grid view:

Select the Topics tree.
A topics list is displayed in the right window panel. 

In the right panel, select the drop-down arrow for the desired topic.
Tiles represent each occurrence the topic is used in the project.

In the grid view, the following tools are provided:

Edit: edit a topic

Delete: delete a topic

Make Default: make the topic a default

Remove Default: remove default status from a topic

Batch Tags: apply several tags to a topic in one occurrence

Copy from Topic: copy information from a topic for use in another topic

Delete Records: delete the topic tag used at a specific location

Edit TopicOn: edit the topicOn filter
