You can change the status of a work order in two different ways.
From the Work orders page
- You have the Operations Manager Advanced / Standard user role.
- You are on the Work orders page.
- Select one or more work orders from the table.
- From the Change status dropdown list, select a status.
- The Change status dialog displays.
- Enter a comment in the Comment field.
- Select Change status.
From the work order details
- You have the Operations Manager Advanced / Standard user role.
- You are on the work order details page.
- In the Details section, select a status from the Status dropdown list.
- The Edit work order dialog displays.
- Enter a comment in the Comment field.
- Select Update.
