You can change the status of a work order in two different ways.

From the Work orders page

  • You have the Operations Manager Advanced / Standard user role.
  • You are on the Work orders page.
  1. Select one or more work orders from the table.
  1. From the Change status dropdown list, select a status.
  • The Change status dialog displays.
  1. Enter a comment in the Comment field.
  1. Select Change status.

From the work order details

  • You have the Operations Manager Advanced / Standard user role.
  • You are on the work order details page.
  1. In the Details section, select a status from the Status dropdown list.
  • The Edit work order dialog displays.
  1. Enter a comment in the Comment field.
  1. Select Update.
