You can cancel a work order in two different ways:
From the work order details
- You have the Operations Manager Advanced / Standard user role.
- You are on the work order details page.
- From the upper right corner, select Cancel.
- The Discard work order dialog displays.
- (Optional) Select the Mark fault as resolved checkbox.
- Enter a comment in the Comment field.
- Select Confirm.
From the Details section
- You have the Operations Manager Advanced / Standard user role.
- You are on the work order details page.
- In the Details section, select Discarded from the Status dropdown list.
- The Discard work order dialog displays.
- (Optional) Select the Mark fault as resolved checkbox.
- Enter a comment in the Comment field.
- Select Confirm.
