You can create up to 50 teams per company.

  • You have the Operations Manager Advanced and User Reader role.
  1. Go to Configuration > Team management.
  1. Select Create team.
  • The Create team dialog displays.
  1. In step 1, enter a name for the team.
  1. From the Sites dropdown list, select a building or campus. You can select up to 100 buildings for each team.
  1. (Optional) From the Discipline dropdown list, select a discipline. The default discipline is General.
  1. (Optional) Add a description.
  1. Select Next.
  1. In step 2, select the members you want to add to the team. You can use the search bar to find potential team members.

You can only add someone to the team who has access to the company in Building X. To add someone who is not available in the list, invite this person to the Building X company using Accounts app.

  1. Select Create.
