For data points to participate in the comfort score calculation, they must have the appropriate units of measurement and be able to contribute to any of the parameters listed in the following table:

  • You have enabled comfort score in the site's Settings. See Settings.
  • The site has devices with data points.
  1. On the Overview page, select the site for which you want to activate Comfort score.
  • The site specific view displays.
  1. In the Building hierarchy, select the piece of equipment that is associated with the data point for which you want to activate comfort score.
  1. In the Overview tab, select the data point.
  • The details pane opens on the right side of the screen.
  1. Scroll down until you see the Comfort score section.
  1. Activate the toggle button to enable the comfort score for this data point.
  1. Select other data points to enable comfort score.
  • The Comfort score is now calculated for this site, depending on the selected data points.
