Changing the status of faults is an irreversible process. There are two ways to change the fault status:
From the faults page
- You have the Operations Manager Advanced / Standard user role.
- You are on the Faults page.
- Select one or more faults from the list of faults.
- From the Change status dropdown list, select the new status.
- The Change status dialog displays.
- Enter a comment in the Comment field.
- Select Change.
From the faults details page
- You have the Operations Manager Advanced / Standard user role.
- You are on the faults detail page.
- In the description section, select a status from the Status dropdown list.
- The Change status dialog displays.
- (Optional) Select the Create work order checkbox, select Next and follow the steps for Creating a work order.
- Enter a comment in the Comment field.
- Select Change
