Changing the status of faults is an irreversible process. There are two ways to change the fault status:

From the faults page

  • You have the Operations Manager Advanced / Standard user role.
  • You are on the Faults page.
  1. Select one or more faults from the list of faults.
  1. From the Change status dropdown list, select the new status.
  • The Change status dialog displays.
  1. Enter a comment in the Comment field.
  1. Select Change.

From the faults details page

  • You have the Operations Manager Advanced / Standard user role.
  • You are on the faults detail page.
  1. In the description section, select a status from the Status dropdown list.
  • The Change status dialog displays.
  1. (Optional) Select the Create work order checkbox, select Next and follow the steps for Creating a work order.
  1. Enter a comment in the Comment field.
  1. Select Change
