The Faults and Diagnostics page displays all the available faults. You can filter the faults according to All, Open or Closed faults or use the faults summary bar to filter faults as per the severity.

With the Calendar, you can filter the table for faults in a given timeframe.

The faults and diagnostics page follows the site time zone, not the local time zone.

  1. Faults summary bar: Summarizes the aggregation of all the Open faults detected for the selected site. After selecting a fault severity from the bar, the fault table refreshes accordingly. Equipment faults are color-coded by severity levels as follows:
    • High
    • Medium
    • Low
  2. Status: The faults status is categorized as follows:
    • New
    • In progress
    • Closed
    • False positive
  3. Change status: The Change status button is enabled after selecting at least one fault from the table. Only the status of open faults can be changed.

After selecting a fault from the table, the summary details display.

  1. Summary: Displays the severity, status, equipment, location, source status, last rule run, and fault ID.
  2. Fault and Trend Chart: The chart represents the data with respect to occurrences and time in faulty state.
  3. Analysis: Displays the Summary of the fault and the Possible causes.
  4. Fault timeline: Displays a bar chart with red and white color to visualize the occurrence of the fault from the first detection to the current time (following the time zone of the site).

Fault and Trend Chart

The chart represents the faults detail in the line format with respect to fault occurrences and fault duration. You can zoom in or out on the chart and export the data.

With the More button, the data for each fault can be exported as CSV, XLSX or PDF format.
