If enabled, site-specific comfort score metrics are viewable on the site’s Devices page.
The Comfort score card on the Devices page displays the overall condition and weighted average of the site's comfort score parameters. A site’s average comfort score (Good, Fair, Bad) is based on the summary of the device data points enabled to participate in the sites comfort score monitoring. The card displays a timestamp of the last comfort score computation, illustrating the site’s overall health at that time.
If a parameter on the Comfort score card does not have any configured data points, no values display on the bar chart for that parameter.
To see the participating data points for a parameter, selecting the associated bar chart on the tile updates the filter and displays the related devices and data points contributing to the comfort score value. For more information, go to Filtering.
