In the Desigo Optic framework, points are classified as CAPs. Point calculations are based on the point discovered and then are brought into the database.

Software Maintenance Agreement

The initial service maintenance agreement covers your purchase for 12-months. This agreement allows for revision upgrades, patches, and fixes through the term of the agreement.

After the first 12 months, you must purchase a new software maintenance agreement to maintain current revisions, upgrades, and patches.

The maintenance agreement must be active for access via Edge2Cloud.

Distributed Architecture Licensing

Order a Distributed Architecture license that corresponds to the total size needed for your server instance.

Distributed architecture licensing is based on FIN connections and calculated based on number of connections needed to the central server.

Desigo Optic Software Maintenance

The initial service maintenance agreement is covered at the point of purchase for 12-months after purchase. This agreement includes revision upgrades, patches, and fixes throughout the term of the agreement.
