While establishing connection with OIS SIPORT subsystem, the OIS SIPORT component inside Siveillance Control fetches all the available data points along with their current state (online or offline).
The fetching time varies depending on the availability of number of offline and online data points inside the SIPORT subsystem and this may result in delay in connection. For example, the establishing connection from OIS to SIPORT subsystem with 10,000 data points (out of which 800 are offline) may take approx. 30 min.
