In order to be able to represent the subsystem applied in your facility and establish a connection, you have to create a site first. This site can contain several different subsystems.
- OIS Tools has been started.
- The subsystem preparation has been finished.
- Select the Configure tab and click Create new site.
- Enter a site name, for example customer or building name. The site name must not contain spaces but can contain hyphens and underscores.
- Click Create.
- Enter the following information:
- Name: You can rename the site if necessary.
- Description: Enter a description.
- If OIS is installed on the runtime server, enter the following entry in the Package repository text field: http://[hostname]:8098/debian.
- Click Modify.
- Continue with the upload of the license file. For more information refer to: Uploading the License File.
