The Desigo tools cover all levels of the Desigo system except the management level:
- Xworks Plus (XWP) covers Desigo PX.
- Automation Building Tool (ABT) covers Desigo primary plants and room automation.
Tools for Desigo PX
The following tools are used for Desigo PX:
Desigo Configuration Module (DCM) is in phase-out from 2023-10-31 until the end of 2026.
- DCM: For designing the system and determining the necessary quantities
- XWP: For configuring and commissioning BACnet routers
- ACS: For configuring, commissioning and operating Synco and RXB devices
- PX KNX Tool: For configuring the KNX side of the PX KNX system controller
- AL Migration Tools: For migrating Unigyr, Visonik and Integral to Desigo
Tools for Desigo primary plants and room automation
The following tools are used for Desigo primary plants and room automation:
- DCM: For designing the system and determining the necessary quantities
- XWP/ABT:
- For configuring, programming and loading PXC../DXR2 automation stations
- For integrating KNX devices into Desigo room automation (on KNX PL Link Bus)
- For engineering and commissioning PXC3, TX-IO, In-Room Bus DALI and KNX PL Link
