A restart at regular intervals is necessary for the following clients and servers:
- Siveillance Control Client Application
The client application is restarted if a user logs out and a new user logs in again. If there is only one user ID for all users, the user does not change. In this case, the client must be restarted once a week to avoid excessive memory used.
- Runtime Server
The server must be restarted once every six months to avoid excessive memory used.
- Engineering Server
Only start the engineering server when configurations need to be made. If not needed, the engineering server must be shut down.
- Client PC and OIS Server
A regular restart is not required.
