Yes, the thermostat works with or without the network connection:
- If there is network connection to the cloud and you have also set the schedule, the thermostat operates per the schedule. Temporary change of the temperature setpoint is effective for at least one hour. See more information about temporary temperature setpoint changes in Thermostat display overview.
- If there is network connection but you have not set the schedule, the thermostat operates per the system default schedule. For more information about the default schedule, see Setting schedules.
- If there is no network connection or valid time, the thermostat cannot get schedule information from the cloud. It always then operates in “Comfort” mode.
