Certificate Licensing requires online connection through the Internet or Intranet.

Users are able to Logon with their entitlement ID or activation ID, which are given in the e-mail received from LMS.

Using Entitlement ID:

  1. Browse to Activatable Items view.
  1. In Certificate Licensing > select Entitlement ID from the left Navigation pane.
  1. Add Entitlement IDs given in the e-mail received from LMS, in the Entitlement ID text box.
  1. Click on Retrieve Entitlement.
  1. Select all the licenses and click Activate License.
  • If the operation is successful, license(s) will appear in the Licensed Products view.

Multiple plugged-in dongles view support

Multiple dongles can be plugged in to the machine.

  • After selecting a dongle from the drop-down, the physical dongle’s red light will blink.
  • Tool tips are available on the drop-down and "Check Dongle" button.
  • Check dongle button is now available everywhere where the dongle drop-down appears.
  • Unsupported dongles CMD-03 are not displayed on the dongle drop-down.

Using Activation ID:

  1. Browse to Activatable Items view.
  1. In Certificate Licensing > select Activation ID from the left Navigation pane.
  1. Add Activation IDs given in the e-mail, received from LMS in the Activation ID text box.
  1. Click Add Activation ID.
  1. Set the start date.
  1. Click Activate License.

Under «Licensed products», all plugged-in dongles‘ IDs are displayed on top of the «Select all licenses» checkbox.

 

Under the Remote Dongle section the dongle drop-down is supported.
