The Online repair function allows you to repair corrupted / broken license(s) online.

Like online activation and return, online repair also requires connection to the back office license server through Internet or Intranet. Activated licenses in the Trusted Storage may become un-trusted in case of hardware change or system-clock change (if time is changed more than 24 hours). or when restoring a backed-up trusted store. In this case RESTORE flag will be set. In such cases, the Trust Flag will no more display FULLY TRUSTED.

Trust Flags:

Valid flags are FULLY_TRUSTED and CERTIFICATE.

Invalid flags are TIME, HOST, and RESTORE.

To correct the ‘HOST flag in red’, perform the below repair workflow, if the issue is still not fixed user need to contact customer support.

It is possible to correct invalid flags by performing following steps:

  1. Browse to Licensed Products view.
  1. Select any Trusted Store license needed from the Licensed Products view.
  1. Click the Repair tab on the bottom.
  1. Select Repair license, using Online Workflow.
  1. Click Repair button.

If the operation is successful, the system will display the Operation Completed Successfully message and features can be checked out successfully.
