The following notes on rebranding are a translation of the English original (refer to the English version of the Product - and Service Data - Sheet). The English version prevails in the event of differences.
The rebranded version is available within sixty (60) workdays after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed to in advance and at a minimum electronically and to the extent the required templates are supplied in a timely manner and pursuant to our instructions.
They must include all notes and explanations as displayed in the services and retained as received from us. In the event of the full branding option, the required templates for your company information and your data protection declarations must be sent to us to integrate them in the services. You may also add a copyright note on your web page design.
Please note, however, that our notes on copyrights, third-party software licensing and acceptable use policy are also displayed in the full rebranding version.
