Order process for the subscription

The Siemens sales representatives must supply a quotation or bid to order the Cloud service for the first time. The customer then receives either:

1. A link to the shopping cart. There, (i) the payment methods must be selected and (ii) the General Terms and Conditions must be accepted in order to use the Cloud service. The “Terms and Conditions” consist of the “Building Products Specific Terms”, the “Siemens Universal Customer Agreement”, the “Acceptable Use Policy”, the Siemens Data Processing Terms, this Product and Service Data Sheet and any other Supplemental Terms which may be referenced in either of the aforementioned documents. Customers can upgrade, downgrade or cancel the Cloud service directly in the Subscription Manager store https://subscribe.siemens.com.
2. Or, if the customer is located in a country where the electronic shopping cart is not yet available, a master order form must be signed with the local Siemens representative and the General Terms and Conditions must be accepted in order to use the Cloud service. The “Terms and Conditions” consist of the “Building Products Specific Terms”, the “Siemens Universal Customer Agreement”, the “Acceptable Use Policy”, the Siemens Data Processing Terms, this Product and Service Data Sheet and any other Supplemental Terms which may be referenced in either of the aforementioned documents.

Climatix IC Cloud service subscriptions require a number of credits, which is listed either in the electronic shopping cart or in the 'Order Options' appendix of the master order form.

Credits can be purchased beforehand in the Siemens Industry Mall or the new Subscription Manager (see last release notes).

Cloud service subscriptions are then activated in the "Digital wallet" (see section "Subscription model").

Ordering 'connected devices'

A valid quote or bid by the Siemens sales representatives is required to order 'connected devices'.

The Cloud service subscriptions can be renewed manually or automatically.
