MC link is not activated on the station.

The detector exchanger and tester has been removed from the device too early.

  1. Check the physical connection between the device and the station.
  1. Check the line for open lines.
  1. Check the functionality of the 'Station'.

'Element not found on station' message in the 'Sinteso Test' app

An incorrect site configuration has been loaded to the 'Sinteso Test' app.

The group or logical channel selected in the 'Sinteso Test' app belongs to a different station than the device to which the detector exchanger and tester is connected.
  • Make sure that the group or logical channel selected in the 'Sinteso Test' app and the device to which you want to connect the detector exchanger and tester belong to the same station.

Confirmation of assignment required in Sinteso Test

The logical channel has already been assigned

If the logical channel has already been assigned to a different device, 'Sinteso Test' suggests a new assignment. The new assignment must be confirmed manually in 'Sinteso Test'. The old assignment is deleted.

An MC link error is displayed

The detectors have been mounted in close proximity to one another – e.g., on a detector board for testing or training purposes.

Increase the distance between the detectors.

The wrong detector is assigned to the zone.
