When the XML file is exported from SintesoWorks, the '/Documents/Sinteso Test' style sheet is not found.

  1. In SintesoWorks, select 'Help' > 'View additional documents'.
  1. Enter the path listed there in the export dialog.

The connection to the Bluetooth extension kit is not restored when you open 'Sinteso Test'.

Switch the Bluetooth function on the smartphone off and on again.

Check the charge of the detector exchanger and tester battery and insert a new battery if necessary.

Check whether the Bluetooth extension kit is switched on and execute the command '8.2 Enable' if necessary.

Switch the service device off and on again.

Check whether the 10-pin connector for the Bluetooth extension kit has shifted and reinsert the 10-pin connector if necessary. See document A6V10405496.

The app crashes repeatedly with certain functions.

  1. Fully uninstall the 'Sinteso Test' app and delete all data, incl. the cache, on the smartphone, e.g., under 'System' > 'Apps' > 'Sinteso Test' > 'Storage'.
  1. Reinstall the 'Sinteso Test' app.
