A Collection Filter can be created by different ways and offers more flexibility defining the filter.
You can call up the 'Search' dialog by pressing <F10> in order to define queries and create a collection filter from the result. This is the standard approach.
Another way is to use an RSL on the 'Peripherals and Logging' configuration page and create a filter via the RSL. See 'Peripherals and Logging'.
- Collection filters can be sorted hierarchically. In the example below, the two 'selected' directories were created manually under Systems\default\Filter Collections\.
- The default hierarchy is the month a filter was created.
- A collection filter corresponds to a static mask for station IDs.
