This checks the connection to the license server only, used when changing/setting the remote server and port.
- Open the Settings page (click the Settings navigation button) and > expand the License Management Settings.
- Navigate to License Mode page.
- Click the Test Connection button.
The Test Connection button is visible only if a change was made to the settings, e.g. when you changed the selection from local to remote connection.
- In the success prompt > click OK to acknowledge and close the prompt.
- Should an error have occurred, the following message prompt gets displayed:
- If so, click Details to display the message details.
- Click OK to acknowledge the message and to close the prompt.
