Query (licensed products) - Engineering

Installed product's query allows filtering of products as per the following criteria:

• All
• Active
• Disabled
• Expired

All

The «All» selection displays all products which have the active and disabled licenses.

Active

The «Active» selection displays all products which have the active licenses.

Disabled

Disabled products should actually not occur. If so, there's a technical error, e.g. while returning a license, the mains got interrupted, or the connection to the server failed, either resulting in a corrupt license file.

Please contact customer support if you encounter any Disabled licenses.

Expired

The «Expired» selection displays non-returned, expired licenses.
