The Online repair function allows you to repair corrupted / broken license(s) online.
Like online activation and return, online repair also requires connection to the back office license server through Internet or Intranet. Activated licenses in the Trusted Storage may become corrupt in case of hardware change or system-clock change (if time is changed more than 24 hours). In such cases the Trust Flag will no more display FULLY TRUSTED.
Tasks
- Browse to Licensed Products view.
- Select any Trusted Store license needed from the Licensed Products view.
- Click the Repair tab on the bottom.
- Activate Online (if not already activated).
- Click Repair button.
If the operation is successful, the system will display the Operation Completed Successfully message and features can be checked out successfully.
