- Start a station (or create a new station and start it).
- Add SiemensUtilitiesService from sieUtilities palette to Services.
- If an integration already exists, right click SiemensUtilitiesService > action and select sie update Db.
- The station is updated to the current release.
- For a new station, continue with Identifying and Configuring the Station Communication Links to configure the station’s communication links.
If you have not used Siemens device templates and pre-configured services and would like to use them, you need to re-do the integration. See Installing Siemens N4 Appliance for Using Siemens Device Templates and Pre-configured Services, and select the installation type New installation on workbench or JACE.
You cannot convert existing integrations without Siemens device templates.
