- You have connected to the Siemens N4 Appliance station using the admin account.
- In the Nav pane, expand Station > Config > Drivers > BacnetNetwork.
- Double-click BacnetComm to display the Property Sheet.
- In the Property Sheet, expand Network > IP Port.
- Enter the Network Number and verify the other BACnet network parameters. See the Niagara N4.x BACnet Guide located in the C:\Siemens\SiemensWorkbench-4.12/4.10U4\docs\docBacnet folder for more information.
- Expand Link and select the network adapter used to connect to the BACnet network.
Notice: There might be more than one adapter on a machine.
If an adapter is missing from the list, right-click on Link and select Actions > Query for Adapters to refresh the list.
- Set Enabled to True.
- Set Maintain Routing Enabled to True if other BACnet networks are part of the configuration.
- Click Save to save the view.
When configured correctly:
- Ip Address corresponds to the computer’s settings for the selected network adapter.
- Status changes to {ok}.
